waking night and sleeping night support

We utilise higher staffing ratios with individuals to manage those who require increased support and supervision, including at night. Our service users have profound and severe needs relating to their diagnosis, coupled with associated challenging behaviours that place themselves and others at risk. Our additional overnight support will depend on the individual's support needs, preferences, and the level of supervision or assistance required during the night.

overnight support
Our supported living placements accommodate those service users who require around-the-clock assistance and supervision from our professionals. Both sleeping night and waking night support are essential for ensuring the safety, well-being, and comfort of individuals who may require our assistance at night.

sleeping support
Sleeping support can be offered when the service user's needs are less frequent or urgent at night, and immediate intervention or support is less likely to be required.

waking night support
Where an increased level of supervision is required, a member of our team can support overnight and remain awake, ready to provide onsite help and support when needed. Whatever the requirement, our teams provide an essential service to those with additional needs 24/7.
